School Counselor Performance Appraisal

Each year I am evaluated using a locally developed, appraisal document, which has been developed using the ASCA template.  This procedure is designed to support and encourage development of an effective school counseling program based on local needs.  As your school counselor, I want to continue to learn, to improve, to demonstrate for students that learning and growing are lifetime pursuits.
