Where is your office located?

2435 E. Southlake Blvd. Suite 100 Southlake, TX 76092

My office is located 1 mile south of Hwy 114 and 4 miles from DFW Airport. It’s the building next to the Pedia Plex.

Where should I park?

You can park in front of the building.

If the lot is full, use the surrounding parking places (not marked for specific buildings).

Is your office handicapped accessible?

Yes, the entire building is handicapped accessible.

What are your hours?

Office hours are exclusively Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m. (The last session is at 7:00 p.m.)

How long does a session last?

An EMDR session is 50 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes (depending on specific/complexity of the work).
Other trauma-related work is 50-minute sessions.

What does a session cost?

$150 – $160 per session.

Do you accept insurance?

I accept most credit and Health Services Account (H.S.A) cards.

I do not accept insurance plans; however, I will gladly provide a “Super Bill,” so you may apply for out-of-network benefits or toward your deductible.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you must cancel, please allow 24 hours prior to your session time. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged $50.

How do we get started?

Our first sessions will include gathering your personal history, laying groundwork for your specific progress, and making strong personal connections.

What are your areas of specialty?

I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), and Certified EMDR therapist with a background in Social Work (Clinical Social Worker), and a Ph.D. in Family Therapy.

I have been in private practice for almost 15 years with a focus on trauma, grief/loss, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and family therapy.

What modalities do you use?

I use EMDR as my main modality; however, I use a numerous skill set for different problem areas.

Why should I choose you as my therapist?

My strengths lie predominantly in life experiences; through these, I have developed resilience, tenacity, and adaptability. Over 20 years of personal difficulties have chiseled these character assets.

I love challenges and refuse to give up.

My love for therapy originated when I was a young mother and as I developed a keen understanding of childhood development.
