The mission of the Ector High School Counseling Department is to use every available, data-driven, comprehensive resource at its disposal to provide all of our students with the most highly qualified, highly trained, highly motivated advocates who serve to empower and embolden each and every one of our students to achieve our vision for them now and in their futures as their best selves academically, mentally, and socially-emotionally.
